We are establishing a new Intensive Support Team to continue to add to the level of support we can offer the people in our homes.
The team will be led by Wayne Barker who is moving from his role as Registered Manager at Westmead to establish the team. Wayne has over 25 years of experience working in the sector and is a great advocate for The Bridge values.
The primary focus of the team will be to support new staff teams when setting up new homes, leading on transitions and providing additional support when individuals experience increased needs.
The team will work across all of our homes depending on need. We hope to be able to expand the team in the coming 12 months so please keep an eye out for that!
