We challenge assumptions about the people we support. Through our social model of support we turn opinion on its head to transform the lives of everyone we support.
We believe an individual is not disabled by their autism or learning disability. People are disabled through an environment that does not cater to their needs. Rather than trying to “fix” the person, we change the environment and the way we interact with that person to speak to their characteristics. In the end this makes sense for each person we support. In doing so we respect everyone’s rights as a human being and value their diversity, dignity and uniqueness.
