We Invest In People!
We’re thrilled to announce that we have received our Investors in People “We invest in people, standard accreditation!” 🏆
The Bridge provides community-based, registered support focused on individual’s unique needs. We offer the ideal environment and personalised support to help people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge live happily and safely in the community.
Our experienced team and individual accommodation options are entirely flexible to suit the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
We understand that complex care needs are not static. It’s why we always actively encourage people to communicate their needs. By ensuring our team understand why a behaviour occurs we can agree how best to respond. This gives people control over their support, without their needs being adversely affected by any changes that may occur.
Our individual homes are spacious and designed to cater to a range of requirements.
Each home can also be further adapted as part of a comprehensive environmental assessment.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) underpins everything we do. We help people to live the life they want by giving them as much choice, freedom, autonomy and independence as they are comfortable with, along with a positive approach to risk that allows a real quality of life.
We believe in a person-centred approach that fully involves the individual and their support network:

Throughout April, we’re dedicating valuable time to enhancing the skills of our staff teams starting with our latest site, Gain Lane Farm. This month’s focus is rolling out our value workshops, facilitated by our Recruitment Coordinator, Rachel McKimm.
May this Ramadan be a time of reflection, growth, and unity for all of us. Let us all engage in acts of kindness, let’s remember the importance of compassion and empathy in our interactions with one another at The Bridge Care!
“I just can’t thank you all enough as a service. God bless you all for your loving care.”
“They are active in resolving any worries and issues and take a sensitive and person-centered approach when dealing with X care and daily needs and safety.”
Our individual homes are designed to meet the needs of each person we support.
We understand that everyone is unique and that support should reflect that individuality.
