An overview of our home 

The Bridge Care, Bramble Apartments, is situated on Holly Bank Road, Rastrick, offering the perfect blend of convenience and community. Each individual apartment is spacious and comfortable, with flexible individual accommodation to allow people to live successfully in the local community. There are seven new-build apartments, offering individual, self-contained living for seven people in total. Each home has its own front door with larger than average floorspace for one person to live in. This includes a minimum of one bedroom, a lounge, separate kitchen and a bathroom offering a combination of bath, wet room or both. As part of our environmental assessment, each home can be adapted to meet an individual’s requirements. This allows each person to live in a safe and considered environment that meets their personal circumstances and preferences. There are shared enclosed ground around the apartments including a trampoline and relaxation area overlooking the apartments. There is also ample parking, as well as separate office and staff areas, and shared meeting spaces for the people we support and our team.
