We are proud to share that The Bridge Together Fund has awarded £250 to Bramwells Hope, a community charity based in Dewsbury.
Bramwells Hope was nominated by Henna Uddin, Registered Manager at The Brambles Apartments. On 13 October 2026, colleagues from across The Bridge, together with some of the people we support at The Brambles, visited Bramwells Hope to present the award in person and see first-hand the incredible work the team does every day.
About Bramwells Hope
Bramwells Hope is a registered charity working to better the lives of people living in Kirklees through its projects, events and community support. From food and everyday essentials to activities that bring local people together, the charity provides practical help to individuals and families when they need it most.
Why it matters to us
At The Bridge, we believe that supporting people well means being part of the communities we live and work in. The Bridge Together Fund was created to give something back to local causes that share our values of care, kindness and seeing things differently.
Visiting Bramwells Hope was a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when people come together to support one another. We hope this award helps the team continue its vital work in the local community.
