The Bridge Gain Lane Farm Apartments is located on Gain Lane, which is just off the (A647) Leeds Road being a major route into both city centres of Leeds and Bradford. Nearby amenities including supermarkets, cinema, restaurants and GP/dental surgeries.
The inward facing courtyard of the apartments provides a peaceful and private home setting that equally easily provides quick access to bustling community life or country walks to suit a variety of needs. The property is adjacent to protected greenbelt fields offering several miles of country walks directly from the property. As the same time the home provides access to local community life on the doorstep with the local ring road and extensive bus links just outside the property.
Gain Lane Farm Apartments itself offers seven converted modern refurbished apartments of a variety of sizes and configurations. The original buildings comprised of a Grade II listed farmhouse, barns and stables and each apartments retains the character of the original building in the features within each home. The homes also provide a high degree of flexibility to meet a variety of support needs in a flexible and person centred way. Each apartment has access to external garden space than again can be individually tailored to the person living there.
As part of our environmental assessment, each home can be adapted to meet an individual’s requirements. This allows each person to live in a safe and considered environment that meets their personal circumstances and preferences.
There are individual garden spaces that offer a multitude of different accessible spaces, from the hardstanding shared courtyard to enclosed gardens for each apartments through to the nearby country walks. There is also ample parking, as well as separate office, training hub and staff areas, as well as shared communal spaces for the people we support and our team to use for activities and hobbies.
We have a wealth of experience in supporting individuals with uniquely complex and challenging support needs that require a fresh approach. The management team are all ARC trainers. Combined with our BILD accredited support model, and PBS practitioners, we strive to enable, stabilise, improve and exceed expectations for the people we support.
Gain Lane Farm Apartments are set in a safe residential setting in Pudsey. The home offers both a spacious and attractive home environment married with a nearby diverse range of community activities that are accessible to all.
The local area offers a broad selection of amenities. The nearby ring road takes you to nearby shops, cafes and restaurants with a number of major supermarkets and a cinema close by. Conversely within walking distance there are country walks of several miles.
The immediate locality also offers good access to health care facilities, regular city centre transport links to Bradford and Leeds, sport and leisure facilities.
The M62 and M1 motorways are within easy reach taking you to the surrounding areas.
